Joe Harvey is a Director of Photography from East London whose work explores the relationship between movement, emotion, and cinematic storytelling.

Working across commercials, branded content, music videos, and narrative film, Joe combines technical innovation with a deeply collaborative creative process, developing a visual style that blends fluid camera language with grounded narratives. His approach is shaped by an enduring curiosity about people, places, and experiences, informing work that seeks to feel authentic, immersive, and human.
